Fred Nurisso
President & Chief Executive Officer
Fred Nurisso is the President and CEO of Broadway Mechanical-Contractors, Inc. Fred was born and raised in the Bay Area. He grew up in Redwood City and is the oldest of four children and the fourth generation of Nurissos in the plumbing industry. Fred attended Bellarmine College Preparatory High School in San Jose and graduated in 1984. He went on to continue his higher education at Santa Clara University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 1988. At SCU, he lettered in both Rugby and Football.

Robert Nurisso
Manager
Robert T. Nurisso is the third generation of Nurissos in the plumbing industry. He graduated from Santa Clara University in 1963 with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting Finance. He obtained his Masters in Business Administration in 1969 from the University of San Francisco. From January 1965 to June 1969, he completed his plumbing Apprenticeship Program. In July 1966, he completed Office Cadets School and was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the California National Guard.

Larry Hengl
Vice President, HVAC and Tenant Improvement
Larry Hengl is the Vice President and Project Manager of the HVAC Division. Larry manages the quality of all of BMC’s services delivered to our client for the entire duration of the projects. He selects, trains, reviews and manages a quality staff sized properly for each project’s volume and scope. He works closely with the detailers, engineers, and foremen in the sheet metal shop to ensure that all the needs for a specific job are met.

Mike Tobin
Labor Superintendent
Mike Tobin is the Labor Superintendent of Broadway Mechanical-Contractors, Inc. He supervises and guides other superintendents and plumbing shop foremen. Mike works closely with the project managers to determine the reasons for variance in production, field and shop. He leads and/or assesses in the solutions for jobsite problems. Mike reviews and revises the workforce as needed, based on productivity, quality of work, and customer satisfaction.
